Job Requirements / Description
This role is supporting a large food manufacturer who is needing maternity cover for 12 months. The maternity cover is looking to start ASAP. Key Job Accountabilities Maintain supplier approvals systems for existing and new suppliers. • Set up approval for external specifications and relevant technical information in accordance with customer requirements and site HACCP. Escalating any potential risks. • Provide comprehensive and accurate information for Internal and External Customers in a timely manner. To include but not an exhaustive list Sample Submission Forms, Specifications, QAS and Launch information as required. • Review copy artwork, in line with updated customer technical and labelling policies, and include all regulatory changes that will impact on the accuracy of the pack information and labelling. • Maintaining all filing systems ensuring an accurate log of activities and compliant to BRC and customer standards – always audit ready. • Assist in the delivery of a comprehensive customer complaint system - distribute / response to customer / Trending for sites • Assist with maintaining P2D information. • Part of the site internal auditing team • Assisting with ad-hoc duties within Site Technical Dept
