Remit

Compass Associates are exclusively working with a well-established and award-winning provider of case management and rehabilitation services, to headhunt for an HCPC/NMC registered professional to join them as a full-time permanent Rehabilitation Case Manager.

This is an exciting opportunity for an Occupational Therapist, Physiotherapist, SALT or Nurse, with a strong background working within neurological rehabilitation. You would be working with clients who have complex rehabilitation requirements due to backgrounds of brain and spinal cord injuries, some of whom have additional challenging behaviours, mental health conditions or sensory impairments. Your role will involve holding a small caseload of clients with catastrophic injuries, with whom you'd carry out comprehensive assessments, formulate individualised therapy plans, coordinate the MDT and support your clients to work towards their goals. An important element of this role is having the ability to build positive professional relationships with clients' families/carers, external clinicians, solicitors and MDT members.

Previous case management experience is desirable but not essential as you would receive extensive training, support and mentoring from the Founding Director and experienced Case Managers.

Location

You'd be based at the company office in Bromsgrove but would travel to visit clients on your caseload (maximum 1.5hrs drive from HQ).

  • Strong clinical background working within neuro rehab (especially working with adults and/or children with brain injuries)
  • HCPC or NMC registration
