The perfect teacher will be proactive, enthusiastic and engaging with their students to provide the best learning environment for students to thrive in. Excellent time keeping and planning is essential to the role as well as brilliant classroom management. This role is Teaching independent living and essential skills to students with ALN who may suffer with social behavioural issues and challenging behaviours so a kind, calm and patient persona is ideal to the role. A teaching qualification and experience is essential. The role is temporary but has the opportunity to become permanent for the right teacher. Key skills and competencies for the role: • Teaching Qualification and/or 6 months experience working with children. • A calm, caring and patient persona. • Excellent organisational and administrative skills • The ability to work well within a team environment If your skills and competencies do not match the above criteria, we would still love to hear from you as there are various outstanding roles at the moment that may be suitable to you.
