But we’re far from being done. We’ve got ambitious plans and to support these are looking for a Senior Marketing Executive to work on the delivery of stand-out creative marketing campaigns. Responsibilities
- Help to execute, develop and coordinate our cross-channel marketing calendar with a particular focus on our marketing campaigns across online channels e.g. SEO/blog, email, paid media, influencer, referral and partnerships
- Scoping out and testing new marketing initiatives in the D2C space
- Design, develop and launch campaigns to increase brand awareness and drive sales
- Formulate strategies to build a lasting digital connection with customers
- Identify trends in the wider market D2C through regular insight check-ins and competitor analysis that can translate into commercial opportunities - you should know who is who, what others brands are trying and what is working and develop our relationships with other brands
- Helping to run the day to day of marketing channels, including but not limited to our performance marketing channels (paid social, paid search, and affiliates); influencer and partnership outreach; referral systems; and email marketing campaigns
- Helping to run online and offline growth experiments, including but not limited SEO, referral, community hacks, partnerships, PR and leafleting
- Roll up your sleeves and get stuck into whatever might be thrown at you! Although this is a marketing role, we are a start-up and there may be admin to do and ‘one off’ pieces of work. We expect everyone to help with customer service for example when needed and ensure our customers are treated like the hero's they are! One day you might be running a marketing campaign, the next we might all be in our warehouse packing boxes.
Who you are
- 2+ years of experience in Marketing role preferably in D2C/eCommerce brand, managing and developing digital marketing campaigns
- Previous hands-on experience with digital marketing channels, for example email marketing platforms/customer lifecycle marketing
- Experience with D2C tech stack is advantageous eg. Klaivyo, Shopify, Recharge
- A passion for brands and saving the planet!
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field
- Excellent understanding of digital marketing concepts
- Strong creative and analytical skills
