Location - Warton
On site - 5 days a week
Salary up to £52,426
Must be eligible for SC Clearance - Lived in UK for at least 5 years.

This is an opportunity to work for a globally leading aerospace and defence consultancy that offer development and clear career progression.
You will be responsible for troubleshooting technical issues through a ITSM toolset and providing specialist IT application support services to the Engineering userbase.

Role -
Incident and Request Management through our ITSM toolset Service Now
Contribute to and maintain a support knowledge base
Provide specialist advice on toolset usage to the userbase
Infrastructure monitoring and trend analysis
Supporting licence renewal, hosting and utilisation monitoring activities

Skills -
Understanding of Engineering PLM toolsets (Teamcenter Enterprise or Unified)
Able to operate independently to investigate and resolve issues as they arise
Experience of working in a Support environment
