We’re on the lookout for a bilingual manager to spearhead our team of application specialists. Reporting directly to the Director of Operations, you’ll have the exciting opportunity to establish and mold this new department, pivotal in managing and processing interdepartmental requests.

In this dynamic role, you’ll collaborate closely with our team of specialists, taking the lead in coordinating intricate cases. Your exceptional communication prowess, adept problem-solving skills, natural leadership abilities, and solid technical background will be instrumental in driving success in this role.

  • Design the departmental structure to efficiently handle and streamline incoming requests.
  • Implement a robust framework to facilitate seamless management of direct interactions (such as calls and meetings) with our valued clients.
  • Forge partnerships with fellow managers to guarantee swift response and resolution of cross-departmental inquiries.
  • Orchestrate the handling of intricate cases, ensuring adherence to prioritization protocols and thorough communication until resolution.
  • Collaborate closely with diverse Product Owners (POs) to facilitate ongoing training sessions on product enhancements and updates.
  • Enforce the adoption of the agency’s internal best practices into the team’s day-to-day operations.
  • Oversee meticulous analysis, documentation, and prioritization of tickets by the team prior to their handover to the technical units.
  • Familiarity with 360.Agency’s diverse product families is an advantage.
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and French is essential.
  • Exceptional interpersonal communication and customer service abilities.
  • Demonstrated natural leadership qualities with a capacity to perform under pressure.
  • Possesses an analytical mindset and enjoys diving into complexities.
  • Exhibits excellent organizational skills and discipline.
  • Strong team player with a commitment to collaborative success.
