To keep up with our exciting growth and international expansion, we’re looking for a talented Project Manager to join our project team and help us achieve our goals.Job DescriptionAs a Project Manager at La Vie, you will play a crucial role in coordinating cross-functional teams and ensuring the successful delivery of our ambitious projects. Your key responsibilities will include:Team coordination: Assigning team members from various departments and ensuring clear, efficient communication and follow-up between all stakeholders.Project planning & milestones: Developing detailed project timelines, defining critical milestones, and overseeing progress across all departments to ensure on-time delivery.Reporting & gap analysis: Conducting detailed reporting, projections, and gap analysis to keep stakeholders informed and projects on track. You will also lead the decision-making process, by preparing for project milestone reviews during the Innovation Committee.Project reviews: Organizing regular project reviews with cross-functional teams to track progress and address any roadblocks.Risk management: Conducting thorough risk analysis with the team and ensuring alignment on proposed resolution actions to mitigate potential challenges.Cost & resource management: Running cost simulations, managing budgets, and ensuring resources are allocated efficiently to meet project goals.Problem Solving & decision making: Driving efficient decision-making and resolving challenges that arise during the project lifecycle.Task Execution & documentation: Ensuring timely execution of operational tasks, with all relevant actions properly documented for clarity and compliance.Upcoming projects include:Leading the launch of new products, ranging from product line extensions to groundbreaking innovations.Handling production transfers and new co-manufacturers.Handling the listing of new customers and the introduction of new raw materials and packaging suppliers.Preferred ExperienceYou have 5 years of experience in the FMCG industry, ideally within the food sector, with 3 years in project management.You hold a degree in engineering and project management certification.You like solving problems and can mediate disagreements and negotiate resolutions.You have a strong business acumen and a solid understanding of operational processes.You have strong leadership skills with the ability to lead cross-functional teams and excellent communication skills in both verbal and written formats (for presentations and reporting).You have high levels of organization, autonomy, and proactive problem-solving.You have qualities like empathy, curiosity, openness, tenacity, adaptability, and a drive to meet deadlines under pressure.You share enthusiasm for plant-based alternatives and the drive to contribute to a growing industry!You are fluent in both French and English (it's our internal language at La Vie!).Recruitment ProcessYou’re joining at a crucial phase with many opportunities for career growth.
