Oil Origination, Structured Commodity Finance (VP – Director)

Redstone Commodity Search are working with an investment bank based in London who are looking to strengthen their structured commodity finance business with an Oil Originator. Key Responsibilities / Tasks You will be responsible for originating, building and developing client relationships for structured commodity and oil financing opportunities (physical financing, structured repo, structured trading etc.) Work closely with the team and clients to structure bespoke solutions Provide working capital for trade opportunities (flow and structured deals) Utilize strong commercial skills and industry knowledge to onboard clients (trading houses, refineries etc) across the EMEA Take advantage of market trends and opportunities to increase business Role reports into Head of EMEA Oil Key Qualifications / Experience Minimum 7 years’ experience in a similar role as an originator within the oil markets, focused on structured finance solutions (they are considering candidates at VP and Director level) Strong industry knowledge within EMEA oil, both crude and products with exceptional origination, business development and relationship building skills Comprehensive understanding of structured commodity financing An established network and client base with trading houses, refineries, bunkering companies etc is preferred Located in the UK or happy to relocate If you match the job description and are keen on applying for this role; please send us a copy of your resume/cover letter to [email protected] or submit your application through the Vacancy Form. #J-18808-Ljbffr
