Their primary focus started by providing innovative solutions to the Residential sector an area that was known well to the leaders of the business, but word has spread about their ability and capability to handle projects that typically range from £5M to £20M MEP (£100M+ total build) value and their sector reach is now wider than just Residential projects. Projects are spread far and wide geographically, including Liverpool, Manchester, Leeds, Birmingham, and London to name a few places that they are working on projects. You will need to be interested in doing detailed design projects as much of their work is RIBA Stage 3-5 and helping deliver on site solutions at latter stages of the project when the designs are being replicated on site. Additionally, all their projects are designed digitally using Revit so any experience of using this software would certainly be an advantage. They are looking for a Senior Electrical Engineer in Liverpool who has experience of working on a variety of projects through the design process. You don't have to have worked within a contracting environment before, but you need to be comfortable taking projects through pre construction and into build phases.
