Senior Project Manager

Our client is a contractor undertaking major new build residential & mixed-use schemes across the country. The need now exists for a Senior Project Manager to project lead a 750 unit scheme in Streatham, South London. The project consists of 750 residential units with commercial, retail, car parking and landscape. Project value £110m. The position will report into the Construction Director. Our client is seeking applicants who have previous experience in project leading mixed use residential developments in excess of £100m. They're also seeking applicants that have been involved in planning, design, pre-construction and delivery. In return, our client is offering a basic salary between £100k - £110k + full package & bonus
