A passion for the learning and development of pupils with complex needs. Adaptable character to accommodate the unique needs of the SEN pupil. Some understanding of complex needs and how these can be facilitated. Previous experience of working in a school, or with additional support needs is preferable.  The Role Building strong bonds with an SEN student and teaching staff to create a positive learning environment. Assisting staff in adapting learning materials and lesson plans to suit the needs of the pupil. Supporting the pupil across the syllabus to aid their attainment.
