The Opportunity: Based near Coalville, the successful candidate will be working on site to support Management to improve Health and Safety and implement new procedures. Role profile: * Carry out site inductions & training for temporary work staff or new starters. * Effectively manage and investigate any Health & Safety incidents. * Ensuring all staff members adhere to Health & Safety procedures. * Reporting of data to Management Team. Person profile: * Hold a NEBOSH certificate. * Have a confident manner and be able to communicate well at all levels. * Seeking a career in Health & Safety. * Be educated to Degree level.
