Quantity Surveyor

Quantity Surveyor Permanent / Full Time Exeter £45,000-£55,000 + Benefits Working from their regional office in Exeter, alongside the commercial team, you will work across a number of sites within the region. You will report to a Senior Quantity Surveyor and wider commercial team to provide commercial support to the effective construction of residential developments. The role will encompass all aspects of surveying: * Taking projects from conception through to completion * You will be a good negotiator and able to source materials, labour and plant * Build positive working relationships with the supply chain * You will make subcontractor payments, financial valuations and forecast financial valuations and produce month end cost reports. * Assist with additional adhoc commercial functions within the department Suitable candidates must have the following: * At least 4 years experience working with a house builder * Experience using COINS * Industry related qualification is preferred * Must be able to work effectively within a well-structured team To Apply: For an informal discussion please call Abbie or Jo on (phone number removed) or apply as instructed.
