Job Summary: Solution Architect

AQA is seeking a Solution Architect to join its Enterprise Technology team, responsible for designing and delivering IT solutions that meet business requirements.

About the Role

The successful candidate will operate within the Enterprise Technology team, working closely with the Enterprise Architect to lead on the delivery of Solutions Architecture services.

• Design and deliver IT solutions that meet business requirements
• Provide solution architecture consultancy support to colleagues and business stakeholders
• Lead on the delivery of Solutions Architecture services

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and apply high levels of technology knowledge and architectural expertise
• Design, implement, and guide the delivery of technology solutions
• Liaise between technology and business stakeholders
• Establish and maintain coherent corporate-wide architecture models and standards

Requirements

• Proven solution architect with a strong track record of related IT expertise and delivery
• Expert working knowledge and understanding of Enterprise applications frameworks and Service Oriented Architecture
• Extensive experience of enterprise-class organisations with cloud/mixed IT footprints
