Mechanical engineering trainer (Design and development) Stafford £35'000-£40'000 + £6000k welcome bonus + 23% pension + 52 days holiday a year? Do you have a design engineer or development engineering background? Are you interested in moving away from the task into a role where you will be teaching the next generation of design engineers, receive excellent training and benefits such as 23% pension and 52 days holiday a year? 2024 is set to be an exciting time for this establishment as they gear up to the opening of their brand new state of the art engineering training facility. In this role you will be focusing on teaching/ training level 4 mechanical engineers design and development principles. The ideal candidate will be degree qualified but candidates with a HND or HNC will be considered based on level of experience. Candidates need to have a proven track record in design engineering or development engineering and experience using 3D CAD. This is a brilliant role for a design engineer or development engineer looking to change career into a role where you can positively change peoples lives! The role *Full training provided *Working with level 4 students *Teaching mechanical design principles. The person *Ideally have a degree in mechanical engineering but HNC or HND will be considered. *Proven track record in design engineering *Good 3D CAD skills *Want to move into teaching
