PLC Engineer

Our Client is an innovative Multi-Disciplined Design & Engineering Lead provider of automation engineering services and solutions across a wide range of industries, including automotive, rail, aerospace, pharmaceutical, food and beverage. Due to sustained continued expansion they require a PLC Engineer on a 6 month rolling contract to design, develop, test, and troubleshoot programmable logic controllers (PLCs). We anticipate that you will have: * Minimum HNC in Electrical Engineering or be a Time Served Engineer with relevant experience * Experience in PLC programming and troubleshooting * Working familiarity with at least one major PLC, e.g. Siemens / Schneider etc… You will be self-motivated, have excellent communication skills both written and oral, be computer literate, and able to work as part of a team.
