Behaviour learning mentor Location: Bromley, South East London Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:30 AM – 4:00 PM Salary: £95-£100 per day * Full-time, long-term opportunities * Free local parking * Local transport links: overground stations & local bus routes. * Primary site & secondary site * SEMH - SEN Setting - Supporting social and emotional mental health Are you experienced in working with young offenders or vulnerable youth and passionate about supporting their journey to success? Behaviour learning mentor - Key Responsibilities: * Work closely with students who may have experienced significant challenges within education or their home life * Provide tailored 1:1 and/or group support, helping students engage with their education * Implement strategies to manage and de-escalate challenging behaviour * Collaborate with school staff and external professionals to create individual learning and behaviour plans * Foster a positive, inclusive learning environment where all students can thrive Behaviour learning mentor - What We’re Looking For: * Previous experience working with young vulnerable people, youth at risk, or in similar settings * Strong behaviour management skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure * A positive, resilient attitude and commitment to helping students succeed * Ability to commit to a full-time position, Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 4:00 PM * Relevant experience (Teaching Assistant, Youth Worker, Social Worker, etc.) are desirable but not essential What We Offer: * Ongoing training and CPD with free courses via our Qualiteach Academy * Long-term placements with permanent contract opportunities How to Apply for this Behaviour learning mentor role: If you’re ready to take on this fulfilling role, apply with your CV & contact LEANNE WILSON at Qualiteach to be considered with this great opportunity
