Senior Cost Planner -Buckinghamshire Client side Property Developer - Residential, Mixed use Developments Due to continued growth a Prominent Property Developer that specialise in the London and South East market is looking to appoint a Senior Cost Planner to support all pre-development and construction activity. Taking responsibility and ownership of projects you will oversee from Stage 0-5 of schemes supporting acquisition, development management, and construction teams to ensure strong and robust cost control and cost planning. You would ensure project budgets are accurately forecast for land feasibility subject to land bids and acquisitions; as well execute strong cost plans for Construction delivery teams responsible during the construction life-cycle of a project. This is an excellent career opportunity for a PQS trained Quantity Surveyor at Associate or equivalent level of Senior Cost Planner within a property Developer, or main contractor to work clientside for a exciting and entrepreneurial Property Developer overseeing construction projects that range from £20m-£100m+ in construction value. Experience of Residential Development of city centre and regional housing developments would be beneficial with broad knowledge of construction methodology.
