Our client, a provider of corporate discount programs requires a Customer Success Manager to join their team. What you’ll be doing:Drive Revenue through accelerated Partner and Member acquisition: Execute strategies to acquire new partners and members, driving revenue growth for the company.Build, own, and be responsible for your funnel: Manage the entire sales funnel from lead generation to acquisition and retention, leveraging software tools to prioritize activities and engagements.Meet targets and specific account management performance metrics: Achieve set targets and metrics related to partner acquisition and retention.Champion value-added services: Advocate for and promote additional services to current and potential partners to maximize their engagement and satisfaction.Build strong and collaborative client relationships: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, fostering strong relationships and addressing any issues or inquiries promptly.Generate innovative ideas: Develop creative strategies and initiatives to support customers and enhance brand awareness.Communicate effectively: Interact with clients at a senior level, providing support, resolving issues, and offering recommendations related to product launches and promotional campaigns.Work cross-functionally: Collaborate with internal teams including Marketing, Data, and Publishing teams to ensure alignment and support for business objectives.Other duties as assigned: Take on additional responsibilities and tasks as required to support the overall objectives of the company.Requirements:Proven experience in sales, account management, or business development roles, preferably in B2B environments.Strong track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets and performance metrics.Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to interact confidently with senior-level clients.Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks effectively, and manage time efficiently in a hybrid work environment.Experience in managing sales funnels and utilizing software tools to drive productivity and efficiency.Knowledge of employee benefits, corporate engagement strategies, or similar fields is an asset.TDS Personnel is an equal opportunity employer and is committed to providing employment in accordance with the Ontario Human Rights Code and the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act.
