Senior Financial Analyst Vaughan, ON, Canada Req #1247 Tuesday, June 25, 2024 Your Impact at Empire The Senior Financial Analyst will be responsible for developing, interpreting, and maintaining complex financial models to assist with decisions surrounding various development scenarios and financial planning activities. Other responsibilities will include financial analysis and proforma analysis to assist with product pricing decisions, sales releases and other business and financial related recommendations. You will be responsible for quarterly financial reporting and budget analysis, as well as ad-hoc reports and analysis. This role is located at our Empire Canada Head Office in Vaughan, ON . What We Are Looking For: Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Finance, Accounting, or related discipline. 3- 5 Years of Real Estate Finance experience CFA, CPA designation, MBA would be an asset, or desire to complete. Strong communication skills (both written and verbal). Advanced MS Excel skills, intermediate MS word, MS PowerPoint. Why Join Empire? What You'll Be Doing Each Day Financial Analysis and Proforma Analysis to review and assess various planning scenarios and development options. Pricing recommendations related to product launches/releases (scenario analysis). Reforecast of Sales, Construction Starts and Closings. Investor reporting and relations related to various development projects.
