Teaching Assistant

Milk Education are working with a Primary school in the L30 who are seeking a full-time Teaching Assistant to join them ASAP. This Teaching Assistant role is to support both students and the class teacher with the day to day running of the classroom. You must be confident to support students working on a one-to-one basis and in a group capacity as and when required to do so. Role and Responsibilities: * Supporting with Learning and Developing * Working on a 1:1 and small group basis * Encouraging, Supporting, and De-escalating students * Being involved across the curriculum, including outdoor learning, PE and Core subjects We are looking for a Teaching Assistant who is: * Passionate about enabling every child to fulfill their potential * Able to contribute to, and work, as part of a team * Reliable and flexible to suit the expectations of our schools * Previous experience working within an educational setting * Creative, Pro-active and Enthusiastic Individual * Able to work under own initiative * Education related qualification preferred but not essential Why choose Milk?
