Locum Fostering Team Manager Social worker Hourly rate up to £42 per hour NonStop Social Care is looking for a locum fostering Team manager for an agency contract for an Independent Fostering Agency in the North West. The role will be based at their office in Bolton with some flexibility to work from home also. The Team Manager will be working with the Head of fostering to run the daily operations of the fostering services in the North. The area covers Manchester, Lancashire and Cheshire areas so regional travel will be required in these areas. Responsibilities The locum fostering team manager will working closely with the registered manager to run the fostering services in the North. You will be overseeing a team of supervising social workers and ensure the highest quality of care is delivered to the foster carers and children looked after.
