Brandt is currently seeking a Division Manager for the Coastal British Columbia area, based out of Surrey.Reporting to the VP of Operations - BC, the successful candidate will be a highly motivated individual who has several years of progressive management experience. The Division Manager will be responsible for achieving sales growth and profitability of the Surrey, Nanaimo and Campbell River branches, achieving asset management and market share goals, management and development of all employees, and managing account receivables of branches within the division. DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIESThe creation execution, and achievement of annual budgets for the branches within the assigned area of responsibilityAchieving sales growth and profitability of all areas in division within all departments – wholegoods, parts and serviceAchieving asset management goals of turns and aging as well as protection of company assets, and providing for the right mix of inventory to achieve sales and market share goalsManagement and development of all employees within the division with the goal of building a motivated and successful workforce focused on long-term success for the company, customers, and employeesEstablish targets for managers and evaluate their performance through the use of KPIs as provided by the companyAchieving market share goals as agreed for the long-term success of our manufacturer and the companyProviding market feedback and input into future opportunities and competitive pressuresManaging division account receivables in conjunction with Direct of Credit ServicesOngoing presence at assigned branches it critical to provide leadership and supervisionWork with suppliersCoordinate and participate in events, including but not limited to customer fly-ins, open-house and industry events, etc.#LI-onsiteRequired SkillsA professional and resourceful style; the ability to work independently and as part of a time, to lead by example, take initiative, and manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneouslyFlexible and adaptable style; a leader who can positively impact both strategic and tactical initiatives while bringing a strong problem-solving ability to the workplaceStrong organizational and time management skills, with strong attention to detail and consistent focus on developing and maintaining good customer relationsMust hold and maintain a valid passport, travel is requiredRequired Experience Minimum 10 years/ experience in the heavy equipment industry accompanied with a minimum of 5 years’ in management and/or business operationsDegree or diploma with business focus an asset but not mandatoryPrevious sales and product support experienceGood financial understanding along with cost management, business planning, and goal setting with managementA professional and resourceful style; the ability to work independently and as part of a time, to lead by example, take initiative, and manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneouslyFlexible and adaptable style; a leader who can positively impact both strategic and tactical initiatives while bringing a strong problem-solving ability to the workplaceStrong organizational and time management skills, with strong attention to detail and consistent focus on developing and maintaining good customer relationsMust hold and maintain a valid passport, travel is required
