Sewer and Watermain Lead Hand Deficiency
Location: Ottawa and surrounding area

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assist the Foreman in managing and executing sewer and watermain deficiency projects.
- Lead and supervise a team of workers to ensure project tasks are completed efficiently and accurately.
- Identify and rectify deficiencies or issues as they arise on site.
- Ensure all work is performed in accordance with safety regulations and project specifications.
- Communicate effectively with the Foreman and other team members to ensure project timelines and goals are met.
- Participate in site inspections and quality control checks.
- Provide training and guidance to team members as needed.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in sewer and watermain construction.
- Strong understanding of construction techniques and safety practices.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications.
- Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
