Pay: up to £29,167

Support Worker's Responsibilities:

  • Create a caring, engaging environment for young people.
  • Plan activities to support learning and integration.

  • Monitor and record progress and key life events.
  • Work with local authorities to provide excellent care.
  • Build positive relationships with parents and carers.
  • Help with everyday tasks around the home.

Support Worker's Requirments:

  • Driving License: Essential for our rural locations.
  • Passion and Energy: Bring enthusiasm and a desire to make a difference.
  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written skills are key.
  • Flexibility: Be adaptable to changing situations and schedules.
  • Preferred but not required: NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care.
