Associate

As an Associate you will work closely withvivoviileadership on product development and client service delivery.

The key activities for the role are:

• Actively contribute to all phases of client engagements including interviews, surveys, analysis, recommendations, implementation and embedding
• Manage engagement initiatives and work effectively with client senior management to build consensus and momentum
• Work with leadership to develop proprietary content, in multi-media formats
• Participate in research with leading academics to push the frontiers of understanding in management theory
• Develop business requirements forvivovii’stechnology, methodology, and tools based on research and client needs
• Work with vivovii leadership to develop relationships and proposals for prospective clients
• Manage relationships and work collaboratively with key delivery partners

DESIRED PROFILE

• A university degree, with top marks, and a passion for constant learning
• Experience in a top consultancy and/or comparable industry experience
• Work authorization in either the United States or Canada
• Outstanding quantitative, analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proven ability to work successfully in teams, motivate others, and gain the respect of clients and colleagues
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to communicate complex ideas clearly
• Results-oriented with high standards for quality
• Well organized with strong planning skills
• Willing to travel as needed
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a bonus
