We don’t believe in the dull and mundane… in fact, we adamantly reject it!The Managing Partner is responsible for the day-to-day management of the restaurant, including teaching, training, and leading all Team Members during each shift. Responsibilities also include coaching, counseling, and developing Team Members, maximizing sales and profitability, controlling expenses, meeting budgetary constraints, handling guest complaints, and ensuring sanitation, safety, and food quality.
