Echoes is the European Leader for providing neutral server and specific web products serving B2B customer and fleet industry in the Short Rental, Leasing and Mobility Operators sectors. The Echoes solution and products are based on a unique technology for collecting data directly from the embedded telematics technology by the OEMs. Collected data are harmonized and exposed to the B2B customers via API or through products dedicated to specific needs and use cases. Echoes is offering Vehicle Data as a Service to B2B customers willing to use the data of their vehicles, for the time needed and with the flexibility required to build efficient and relevant business case. 2023 has been a fantastic year for Echoes to establish strong partnership across Europe, launch international customers in different countries, and increase market shares in Rental and Leasing markets. Early 2024, Echoes merged with Moving Intelligence, Dutch company leader in its markets providing top class tracking and security solutions for assets. As a group, the objective is to become European leader in Telematics and Connected vehicles solutions within 5 years. As we continue to expand globally, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced International Sales Manager to drive our international sales efforts and accelerate revenue growth. Position Overview: The International Sales Manager will be responsible for leading our international prospects and driving revenue growth across key defined markets. This role requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record of understanding market trends, identifying key targets and establishing strong customer relationships. We are looking for a hunter willing to contribute in developing the business activity, closing new deals and driving results in a fast-paced, competitive environment. Responsibilities: Together with the VP Sales, execute a comprehensive international sales strategy to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets. Identify and prioritize target markets and segments for expansion, and develop tailored sales plans to penetrate these markets effectively. Success will be measured on the closing skills and the number of deals closed and vehicles connected. Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, partners, and stakeholders to drive customer acquisition, retention, and satisfaction. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Product Development, and Customer Success, to align sales strategies with overall business objectives. Drive continuous improvement in sales processes, tools, and methodologies to optimize efficiency and effectiveness. Monitor market trends, competitive landscape, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for product enhancements and innovation. Prepare regular reports and presentations for senior management to provide insights into sales performance, pipeline development, and market trends. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; Minimum of 3-5 years of progressive experience in B2B sales; Proven track record of driving international sales growth and achieving revenue targets in the SaaS industry, preferably in the vehicle telematics or related technology sectors. Strong appetite and high motivation for developing and hunting new business. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders at all levels. Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset, capable of developing and executing innovative sales strategies to drive business growth. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and effectively manage multiple priorities and stakeholders simultaneously. Self-disciplined and well organized for this position in remote.
