Company Overview:We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Regional Sales Executive to join our growing team. Our company is a leader in the manufacturing industry, with a robust portfolio of 100 products available on our website. We value attitude, motivation, and drive above years of experience. If you enjoy cold calling, prospecting, and building relationships, this role is for you.Key Responsibilities:Conduct cold calls and prospecting activities to generate new leads and opportunities.Engage in email communications, follow-ups, and dials to connect with potential customers.Build and nurture relationships with clients, achieving an average of 14 to 20 customer connections.Become a subject matter expert on our products and services.Craft annual sales plans with clear goals, metrics, and work plans to achieve targets.Work within pricing guidelines to ensure top-line sales and GM targets are met.Actively participate in industry tradeshows, staying up-to-date with the latest trends and networking opportunities.Uncover and develop RFPs for large-scale projects and long-term opportunities.Identify untapped market opportunities and devise effective sales strategies to secure new businessTravel within the USA up to 10% of the time.Work in an open-concept office environment alongside a team of 7 sales staff, including inside sales and national account executives.Utilize Salesforce CRM to manage customer relationships and sales processes (training provided if necessary).Qualifications:Stellar personality with a strong drive to succeed and a great attitude.Experience in B2B sales, preferably within the manufacturing industry.Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.Salesforce CRM experience is an asset but not required.Compensation and Benefits:3 weeks vacation, 3 sick days, and 3 personal days.Comprehensive benefits package including 100% coverage for drugs, dental, and vision.Maternity and Parental Leave top-up.RRSP with a 3% company match.Additional Information:This is a brand new role and we are looking to hire ASAP.Interviews will be conducted on a rolling basis. There will be 3 rounds of interviews.
