Keep an eye on our LinkedIn jobs board for other remote/hybrid opportunities.Competitive salary range: $55,000-$70,000About youTo succeed in this role, you will need:3+ years of labour and employment law experienceBilingualism in English & FrenchA Law Clerk, Paralegal or equivalent diplomaExperience with the Federal and Superior CourtStrong written and spoken communication skillsExcellent technical and legal knowledgeAbility to work independently and within a teamWSIB claim experience is an assetAbout the roleIf hired, you will:Conduct legal research on labour and employment law issuesPrepare legal documents, including pleadings, affidavits, and court filingsAssist in the management of cases related to employment and labour lawNavigate and handle cases within the Federal and Superior Court systemsStay updated on changes in labour and employment laws at the federal levelDraft and review contracts, agreements, and legal correspondenceProvide support in the resolution of WSIB claimsInteract with clients, legal professionals, and other stakeholders professionallyManage administrative tasks related to legal documentation and schedulingPerks & BenefitsComprehensive health benefits (medical, dental)Disability benefits planCollaborative work environmentTeam building events & activitiesApplied to this job already?
