We are seeking an experienced and reliable Counterbalance Forklift Operator to join our client in Cambridge Ontario. In this role, you will be responsible for operating a counterbalance forklift to load, unload, move, and organize products within our warehouse or facility. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a commitment to workplace safety.
Key Responsibilities: Safely operate a counterbalance forklift to load and unload materials and deliveries. Move products to and from storage areas, machines, and loading docks. Inspect and maintain forklift equipment to ensure it is in safe working condition. Keep accurate inventory records and document all material movements. Assist with general warehouse duties such as packaging, shipping, and organizing inventory. Follow company and OSHA safety protocols to maintain a safe and clean work environment. Coordinate with team members and supervisors to meet operational needs and deadlines. Qualifications: Valid forklift operator certification (counterbalance experience is required).
