To make this project come true, the Joint Venture Flexis has received initial funding and support from two major actors of the commercial vehicle sector. We are a team of diverse peers looking to create a future company which will grow to 100+ collaborators over the next six months. We aim to make this project raising significant investments and reach rapidly a significant size with sales in excess of 2Bn. We are thinking big and fast. We will operate at the junction between electric vehicles and the digital world. Being part of this team will offer you a strong opportunity to work on a Joint Venture creation and bring your passion, experience, start up mindset to move forward with a more sustainable environment.Who are you?The Product Portfolio Leader will lead the product strategy deployment (vehicle & service development) and family lineup integration with analysis of internal and external stakeholder’s inputs. She/He will be in charge of Renault Trucks portfolio.Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:Focus on medium van and development execution – product definition, USP, vehicle & service convergence, lifecycle revenue opp.Manage Family lineup portfolio planning on vehicle & powertrain as well as BP update.Focal point of brand inputs consolidation/alignment for product spec, gradewalk & launch plan.Identify company mid and long-term product needs with a holistic view, and improve Flexis value-up positioning.Serve as a product representative for ‘co-innovation’ & ‘co-creation’ initiatives with external stakeholders.What’s in it for you?Skills:Holistic understanding of customer, market & competition environment especially in European light commercial vehicle.Strong ability to communicate product orientation with data-driven analysis (quantitative & qualitative).Broad knowledge of vehicle engineering, milestone techniques & process.Effective and lean-start-up collaborative skills.Fluent in both English & French.Experience:Minimum 5 years of experience in product planning on vehicle & car connected services (upstream & downstream).Business plan process and customer-centric value creation – e.g customer value know-how, TCO/TCU valuation.Cross-functional management experience on vehicle framing & product spec documentation.You’re a driven and results-oriented individual with a passion for securing funding and driving growth?
