Lead the planning, communication asset creation, and implementation to support key strategic needs for the Transformation Program strategy
Build and execute an engaging internal editorial calendar to raise the visibility of Transformation Program achievements across AstraZeneca (e.g. contribution to milestones, project deliverables, and technology innovations) and to communicate our scorecard using a range of platforms.
Work with external comms and design agencies to deliver professional-grade content into internal and external communications (e.g. custom images and graphics).
Support the information sharing strategy for the use of specific collaboration mechanisms, such as Microsoft Teams and SharePoint Online.
Provide direction, guidance, and development of communication team members.
Work closely with Transformation Management Office colleagues in Project Management and Change Management to drive an aligned communication approach and strategy representative of the TMO brand
