We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Administrator to join our team and play a pivotal role within the home's management team. The successful candidate will provide the General Manager with the support needed to ensure the efficient running of a high-quality home.
- Manage customer experience elements, ensuring high standards are met
- Provide HR support, including recruitment, payroll, and employee relations
- Assist with financial management, including budgeting and forecasting
- Supervise and coordinate the work of other team members
