Responsibilities The Supply Chain Manager contributes to the success of the PepsiCo Beverages Canada by leading the Gatorade Supply Chain Planning team. The role is responsible for proactively managing the production planning and distribution of all Gatorade and similar products while supporting strong development and training plans for this team. Coordination with PBC manufacturing, warehousing, sales, demand planning, global procurement, suppliers and logistics are essential to success for this role. This role is positioned to provide key supply chain communication to senior managers and executives within PepsiCo Beverages Canada. Responsibilities: Use Avail, AP, BO, MRP and SAP to: Oversee production planning at PBC manufacturing sites across Canada and some PBNA locations Oversee the production and product delivery from Co-Packers or from Mixing Centers Extract production plans, forecasts, raw material consumption and manage both finished goods and raw material inventories. Oversee long term planning schedule accuracy using AP reporting Develop and foster relationships with key stakeholders ( Co-Packers, SC Planning, Demand Planning, M&W Teams, Global Procurement, Supply Assurance, Quality, Sales, Marketing, Finance, etc.) Ensure data is updated timely to facilitate data flow to the planning tools Daily review of prior day’s OOS and future weeks of supply for each network supported, determine root cause and work with matrix teams to mitigate risk Ensure product is planned, ordered and delivered to accommodate innovation launches Monitor and scorecard project milestones Communicate on a weekly basis to network issues/concerns/orders Qualifications Bachelor's degree required; preferably in supply chain, engineering or business, but other areas welcomed as long as business knowledge can be demonstrated. Strong analytical skills with a keen eye for detail, able to integrate data and produce detailed outputs Understanding the links between production plans, plant AOP’s, productivity initiatives and customer service Should possess strong communication / facilitation skills to build and sustain a wide range of working relationships across multiple functions/sites, being flexible in their approach to achieve the collective aims Good verbal and written communication skills Knowledge of SC systems, preferably Avail, BO, SAP, is strongly desired High proficiency with MS Office products particularly MS Excel (pivot tables & macros) and PowerPoint Excellent communication and reporting skills Tactical and strategic thinking #Li-Hybrid
