From local offices across 10 countries, we educate and distribute high-end beauty brands to more than 11,000 beauty and nail salons, hotels, spas, and beauty addicts all over Northern and Western Europe.We are financially AAA-rated and are the receiver of Best in Market Execution Worldwide awards from global brands like Revlon and Estée Lauder as well as Best in Supplier Service & Innovation Industry Awards from our customers.Next step is expansion to the French professional beauty market, where we have taken over an existing distribution business.Join us on this journey as a Paris-based full-time and permanent.Your responsibilities:Build and lead a high-performance sales, marketing, and education team for our new entity in France.Adopt and implement our corporate DNA, business model, processes, and systems to the French market.Build strong relations with key accounts/chains, key salons, academies, and schools.Create and drive local sales initiatives and events.Be the connection between the French and global team.Handle local organizational challenges hands-on and pragmatically.Your background:Entrepreneurial and analytical finisher with a positive mindset and extrovert attitude.Passionate about relation-based sales, communication, growth, and results.Good IT and process understanding to function as local lead for our tools and systems.Native-like level of French and fluent English are essential for this role.Experience in B2B sales and/or in the professional cosmetics industry are additional assets.Great learning on how to grow businesses together with unique career opportunities for the right candidate.Start-up atmosphere within a professional environment with solid processes and a healthy financial structure.Top-notch education, CRM, lead generation, and sales funnel platform to support your sales and management tasks.Be part of an international team with a great spirit and flat hierarchies.How is it to be part of our team:We are an ambitious, driven, and ever-improving entity.
