Training and Support: We are committed to equipping our employees with the necessary tools for success. Position Title: Sales Manager, Western Ontario Terms of employment: Full time Permanent positionSchedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5:00pm / 37.5Location: 5789 Coopers Ave, Mississauga, ON L4Z 3S6Salary: $112,500 annual salary Responsibilities: Develop and implement sales strategies that drive revenue growth and meet company targets.Lead and manage a team of sales professionals, providing guidance, training, and support as needed.Provide technical expertise to customers, assisting with product selection, application solutions, and troubleshooting. Ensure that the sales team has a deep understanding of fluid power technologies and their applications.Build and maintain relationships with key customers and stakeholders, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.Monitor sales performance metrics and use data to identify areas for improvement and make data-driven decisions.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including but not limited to Inside Sales, Engineering and Production & Service, to drive business results and meet company goals.Develop and implement sales training programs to ensure team members are equipped with the knowledge and skills needed to succeed. Stay informed about the latest trends, innovations, and best practices in the fluid power industry. Use this knowledge to refine sales strategies and tactics, ensuring the company remains competitive.Manage the sales pipeline, from lead generation to deal closure, and ensure that sales targets are met or exceeded.Manage and allocate resources, including budgets and staffing, to optimize sales performance and efficiency.  To be considered for this position, candidates must meet the following requirements:A bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and relevant management experience.Must have at least 8-10 years of B2B technical sales experience, including sales management experience. Knowledge of Fluid Power is required.Willingness to travel to customer sites and other branches as needed.Proficiency in managing sales teams and achieving set targets.Proven track record of revenue growth and meeting sales objectives.In-depth understanding of sales methodologies, including lead generation, prospecting, and closing deals.Strong leadership qualities and effective communication skills, capable of motivating and guiding a team.Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse, cross-functional teams.Experience utilizing CRM software, such as Salesforce or HubSpot.Must have strong written and verbal English skills to effectively communicate. If this describes you, we encourage you to APPLY NOW!  Please email, [email protected] or call 905-568-1700; ext.2270 We look forward to meeting you!
