Assistant Quantity Surveyor

We have an exciting opportunity for an Assistant Quantity Surveyor to join a busy main contractor with a growing prominence on the South Coast. The contractor works across various sectors including commercial, leisure, education and healthcare with projects typically valuing up to £30mil. Projects are administered predominantly via JCT forms of contract. Due to a recent succession of project wins, the team are now looking to bring an additional Assistant Quantity Surveyor into the commercial team. As Assistant Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for managing various sub-contract packages from procurement through to final account, and will be reporting into the Senior Quantity Surveyor on the project. As the business unit grows, there will be ample opportunity to progress. In return, you will receive a salary of up to £45k (dependent on experience) and the opportunity to join a contractor with a good pipeline of local work.
