Branch Manager

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES : Strategic Operations Management: Oversee all aspects of branch operations, ensuring efficiency and profitability. Team Leadership: Inspire, support, and manage your team, ensuring you have the best talent and that they have the tools and training needed to succeed. Client Engagement: Develop strong relationships with clients through regular in-person meetings, industry events and consistent follow-up. Health and Safety Compliance: Maintain a safe working environment, ensuring all Taiga health and safety standards are met. Financial Stewardship: Prepare and manage sales and operations plans, monitor compliance and oversee capital expenditures. Ability to conduct presentations to internal and external audiences. Manual dexterity required to daily use laptop computer and peripherals. Overtime as required – off hours communication and interaction may be part of the role from time to time.
