• Lead shifts and manage store operations, ensuring seamless execution of our customer experience strategy.
• Coach and develop your team, fostering a positive and inclusive work environment that promotes growth and development.
• Collaborate with the store leadership team to drive business results, identify opportunities for improvement, and implement solutions.
• Support the growth and development of your partners, providing coaching, feedback, and development opportunities.
