Major recruitments are currently recruiting for a Waste and Recycling Coordinator in Lynbottom Pay rate: £13.20 Location: Lynbottom, , Newport PO30 Working Hours: 8am - 4pm or 9am - 5pm Duration: initial 3 months - Temp to perm Hybrid working: On an Adhoc basis. Role will predominantly be in office. We are seeking a dedicated and resilient Business Support Coordinator to join our busy team at our Plant on the Isle of Wight. As a business support coordinator, you will be supporting our operational collections team with a variety of administrative duties. Overview of the role: The administration and processing of 'missed collections' between (phone number removed)pm (TBC). The monitoring and administration of the IOWOCR mail inbox during working hours. The monitoring and administration of back office tasks in the Bartec system during working hours.Any other reasonable tasks within the Business Support Department About the Role: In this fast-paced role, you will be supporting a high workload of a very busy administration team. Your duties will include, but are not limited to: Processing purchasing transactions and creating purchase orders and invoices. Use the BARTEC system to log any missed waste collections and to manage the Garden Waste Collections. Supporting with Maintenance, Finance, Trade and Operations with administrative requirements. Supporting with the issuance of permits for trade businesses. Data entry into Excel. Responsible for creating daily and weekly reports.About You: The ideal candidate will be a resilient team player with strong administrative skills. You will be able to work at a fast pace and have good experience with Microsoft Office packages, particularly Excel. The ability to pick up new information quickly is essential in this role. Key Skills and Experience: Proven experience in a similar administrative role Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office packages, particularly Excel Excellent data entry skills with attention to detail Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Resilient and able to handle high workloads.
