About the Role The HRIS Specialist will play a crucial role in optimising the use of our HR and Payroll Information systems (iTrent). This role involves ensuring continuous improvement of HR processes, maintaining data accuracy, and ensuring compliance. In this dynamic role, you will: Prepare and deliver data for KPIs and management information to the HR team, other departments, managers, and relevant external parties. Provide technical advice and support on HR and Payroll systems and processes. Key Responsibilities Administer and support iTrent (integrated HR & Payroll system). Conduct software testing and evaluate the impact of software changes. Prepare and analyse HR data for management information and reports. Develop dashboards and management information using business intelligence and data visualisation tools (e.g., Business Objects, PowerBI). Utilise advanced features of Microsoft Excel. Use initiative and work autonomously with strong organisational skills. Requirements Demonstrable experience in an HR Information Systems Specialist/Analyst role. Proven experience with iTrent. Experience in software testing and impact analysis. Proficiency in preparing and analysing HR data for reports. Familiarity with business intelligence tools (e.g., Business Objects, PowerBI). Advanced Microsoft Excel skills. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Benefits Up to 28 days annual leave (plus bank holidays) with options to buy and sell leave (up to 5 days).
