Project Support Analyst

Client: Utilities SectorRôle: Project Support Analyst (Business Analyst) Job Type: 12 months contractRate: $38-$43 per hour on T4 Location: Calgary, AB Your new CompanyOur client is one of North America's leading energy infrastructure companies with operations in natural gas, oil and power industries.Your Role & ResponsibilitiesIn this role, you will facilitate and support the quality and timely attestation and receipt of invoices, generate service requisition, and conduct PO maintenance. In this role, you will interface with Project Controls, Project Managers, Subject Matter Experts, finance teams, supply chain, eCommerce, and External Suppliers.What you’ll doInterface with internal stakeholders and external suppliers on rate management per contract terms per agreement/Release Order pertaining to invoice qualityCreate service requisitions and help maintain purchase orders (POs)Validate invoices for accuracy as part of payment processingAssist in the process to facilitate/resolve escalated problemsAdapt and apply procedures on medium complex and multifaceted mattersProvide support for external communications regarding policy, issue identification and required next stepsWork to establish relationships with key VendorsSupport Vendors on process and technology requirementsUse Excel/ MS office and SAP dailyWhat You’ll Need to SucceedMinimum Qualifications:4 years of Project Support experienceProven knowledge of Cost Controlling methodsStrong written and oral communication skillsProven ability to work collaboratively in a team environmentExperience with Excel spreadsheets, word processing and database software, proficient in use of PC, willingness to use and learn current and future systems/applicationsUniversity Degree in relevant discipline4-9 years of experienceInterested?
