Nursery Nurse

Nursery Nurse Location: Sunderland Salary: £75 - £110 per day Start: ASAP GSL Education is looking for a dedicated Nursery Nurse to support children in nursery school in Sunderland. Job Summary: Monitor and record the progress of children’s development and learning through various observation techniques. Design and implement activities that promote physical, intellectual, emotional, and social development. Provide tailored support to children based on their unique needs and developmental stages. Key Responsibilities: Provide high-quality care and supervision to children aged 0-5 years. Plan and implement age-appropriate activities to promote physical, emotional, social, and intellectual development. Ensure a safe and secure environment, adhering to all health and safety policies and procedures. Monitor and record children’s progress, identifying and addressing any developmental concerns. Build positive relationships with parents and carers, providing regular feedback on their child’s progress. Work effectively within a team, supporting colleagues and contributing to a positive work environment. Requirements: Minimum Level 3 Early Years Educator qualification or equivalent. Previous experience in a nursery or early years setting is essential. Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills. A genuine love for working with young children and a commitment to their development and well-being.
