Our leading health product manufacturing client is dedicated to improving health and wellness through an innovative and continually evolving product line.

Due to steady growth, theyve developed a new position within their Dartmouth, NS office. The Finance Coordinator will play a key role coordinating day to day accounting operations while contributing valuable insights for strategic planning. This is a permanent, full-time opportunity.

Key Responsibilities for the Job:
  • Accounts payable & accounts receivable
  • Bank reconciliations
  • Financial statement preparation
  • Month-end
  • Financial model development
  • Budgeting and cashflow planning
  • Financial review and analysis
  • Oversee insurances, investments, and new acquisitions
  • Financial reporting and presentation to leadership team
  • International wires, import/export documentation, and cross-border accounting activities
  • Review, develop, and implement processes and internal controls
Experience & Attributes for Success:
  • Post-secondary education with a focus in accounting or bookkeeping
  • 4 - 7 years experience in a similar full cycle role
  • Previous experience within a manufacturing environment is preferred
  • Strong working knowledge of MS Office Suite (Excel, Outlook & Word)
  • Demonstrated dedication and adaptability, with proven skills that enable seamless integration into the role and team
  • Natural innovator with confidence to contribute valuable ideas and insights
  • Team player with a strong work ethic
  • Professional communication skills, both oral and written
  • Positive attitude and a willingness to pitch-in wherever needed
