Integration Architect (API)

Your role and responsibilities As Integration Architectyou will play a pivotal role in leveraging IBM's Cloud Pak for Integration platform and technologies to develop and deploy cutting-edge integration solutions that enable our customers to achieve their desired results. You'll lead by example, leading our team of specialists and our "Integration & Modernization" studio on customer and internal R&D projects. The Integration Architect is customer-focused and results-driven, with responsibilities that include: Leading projects to architect, develop and deploy innovative solutions that leverage IBM integration platforms and technologies. Ensuring solutions are aligned with requirements and collaborate with key stakeholders to manage expectations and ensure customer satisfaction. Leading SIA’s "Integration & Modernization" studio - lead projects, mentor the team, facilitate agile meetings (scrums and sprints), make monthly presentations, support HR by conducting performance reviews for studio employees and participating in recruitment activities. Leading research and experimental development activities and projects to increase our knowledge and skills, develop and improve our methodologies, and develop SIA solution and service offerings. Providing pre-sales support to SIA's marketing & sales team (capture customer needs, respond to RFPs, develop proposals and project plans, make presentations and demonstrations, lead POCs, etc.). Actively participating in social media and other networking opportunities to promote your brand and our company (including posts and articles on showcase pages). Technical and professional expertise required Ideal candidates will possess the following profile: In-depth understanding of IBM's integration platform and technologies (Cloud Pak for Integration, API Connect, App Connect, MQ, etc.). Familiarity with cloud technologies and deployments, particularly Kubernetes and Red Hat OpenShift. Strong leadership, communications, empathy and growth mindset. Fluency in English and French. Curiosity (explorer), creativity and organizational skills. Other details Permanent, full-time, face-to-face position (office located in downtown Montreal). Must be a resident of the Montreal area and have authorization to work in Canada. Must be available for occasional travel in Canada, the U.S. and the Caribbean - for customer projects, conferences and training. #J-18808-Ljbffr
