Assistant Accountant

Change Accountancy and Finance are partnering with a growing company based in Perth for the recruitment of an Assistant Accountant to join their team.

Key responsibilities will include: Preparing month-end reporting, including posting month-end journals Performing daily finance and month-end activities Supporting the preparation of budget and forecasts Producing monthly balance sheet and income statement reconciliations and analysis Responding and assisting with queries raised by internal and external stakeholders Supporting with preparation of statutory accounts and liaising with external auditors Other ad-hoc tasks as required Requirements for the role: 2 years in a previous finance role Part qualified (ACCA, CIMA, CA) and active studier welcome Experience assisting with preparation and review of month end journals Proactive and self-starter individual Salary banding between £27'000 and £30'000 per annum, DOE & qualifications, plus benefits and hybrid working week.
