Project Manager

My client is a leading Regional Contractor based in the North West. Due to a strong pipeline of newly awarded projects, they are currently looking to strengthen their Operational team with the addition of a Project Manager, or Senior Site Manager looking for that next career step. The company has an excellent reputation in the industry through successfully delivering quality fit out, refurbishment and new build schemes across various sectors. They are looking for a Project Manager with a broad range of sector experience, to deliver projects up to £10m. Reporting into a Contracts Manager, the Project Manager will be site based and will hold full responsibility for the management and delivery of the project. The role of the Project Manager will include: Responsibility for the management, planning, programming & phasing of the project.
