As our Activities Lead you will manage the activities team, complete supervisions and appraisals, and ensure the daily activity schedules are followed help plan and organise a whole variety of activities for our residents to create a fun and interesting environment for them.  You will also offer comfort and company on a one-to-one basis for any residents unable to undertake the activities.  Here’s some other important things you need to know: You must have previous experience working in activity based roles You must be alert at all times to our residents’ physical and mental well being Organise and accompany Residents, where possible, to off-site activities, which may occasionally take place out of normal working hours Understand and ensure the implementation of the Care Homes Health and Safety policy, and Emergency and Fire procedures Apply today to join this wonderful team at  or call (phone number removed) INDCARE
