We offer a highly collaborative, caring team environment with a strong focus on learning and development, recognition for your individual contributions, and a variety of benefit options for you to choose from.The Business AI Strategy Advisor acts as a founding member of the Global AI Incubation Team, focused on customer-facing activities that build Business AI pipeline and adoption globally.The focus of this role will be to collaborate with the Business AI regional teams to:Design and execute strategic AI programs, such as the Business AI Jumpstart Discovery Workshops initiativeReinforce regional GTM planning as a commercial & solutions coach to the sales teamsUndergird the success of AI adoption initiatives for SAP’s broad Business AI portfolio across lines of business and industriesYour work will directly contribute to the building of SAP’s fastest growing business area: Business AI. You’ll engage directly with customers and partners, with a focus on pipeline, bookings, and adoption targets.This primary focus of this role in particular will be to represent SAP’s AI initiatives for the FR market unit in EMEA region.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESCustomer and Partner Engagement:Drive strategic customer engagements through effective value executive first discoveries, storytelling and streamlined sales process executionCoordinate with sales, advisory and services teams to directly address AI-related customer demands and inquiriesSupport the AI discovery workshops by helping set up the program, conducting and subsequently facilitating workshops with followup.Develop new methodologies and training programs around the Business AI customer & partner engagement processProgram Design and Execution:Assist in the design and implementation of AI incubation programs in collaboration with regional teams & Business AI product teamsGather and incorporate feedback from regional teams and customers to improve AI programsEnsure consistent delivery and execution standards of AI programs across all regionsPerformance Tracking and Reporting:Monitor and report on program performance against defined KPIs, including supporting pipeline progression, bookings and adoption metricsCoordinate with sales, marketing and product development for cohesive performance tracking across Business AIProvide regular updates to Business AI leadershipThought Leadership and Enablement:Serve as a face of AI technologies, trends, and best practices for select events in your region and globallyStay current with AI advancements and contextualize these advancements for the SAP Business AI portfolioEmpower regional AI teams through knowledge-sharing and execution supportCustomer Success Initiatives:Create lighthouse customer references through adoption initiativesBuild AI Pipeline for the Market UnitMaintain a direct feedback loop between regional leads, marketing & product engineeringEmpower the ecosystem to deliver on AI promises by directly supporting Business AI GTM activitiesPROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONSExperience:10+ years of experience in engaging with customers and partners in cutting edge technologies, including AI & cloud software adoptionProven track record designing and coaching sales organizations towards measurable business outcomesExisting familiarity with the SAP Business AI portfolio and strategy is a plusStrong ability to lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams in customer facing situationsExcellent communication and presentation skillsStrong ability to craft a network of influence in a matrixed organizationProven familiarity with fast-paced GTM motions, adaptability to operate gracefully in a dynamic AI market environment.Displays a high degree of initiative and a proactive approach to problem-solvingEducation:Bachelor’s DegreeLANGUAGE REQUIREMENTS:Fluent in English and FrenchAdditional language proficiency is an asset on this global team. #J-18808-Ljbffr
